Yes. The account, the client and playing are free. There is no shop on this website and no pay-to-win: every weapon can be rented with GP you earn in the game.

A Windows 10 or 11 PC (64-bit), a DirectX 9.0c compatible graphics card and a broadband connection. Details are on the download page.

Download the client, unpack the archive into a folder of your choice - for example C:\Games\Operation Redline, not into Program Files - and start the launcher.

Then create an account, confirm your e-mail address and log in with your login name and password.

On your first login the game asks for a nickname - the name other players see in matches, on the leaderboards and in clans. Your login name stays private.

Team modes, free for all, co-op missions and solo matches against bots. All rules and maps are on the game modes page.

Login name: 4-12 characters, letters A-Z, digits and _ only.

Password: 8-12 characters - letters, digits and symbols, no umlauts or emoji - and not the same as the login name. The game client accepts at most 12 characters.

Check your spam folder. The link in the e-mail is valid for 24 hours; you can request a new e-mail at any time.

You can only log in to the game after confirming your e-mail address. Open the link in the e-mail or request a new one.

Log in with your login name - not with your nickname or your e-mail address. If you no longer know your password, reset it.

After 5 wrong passwords within 10 minutes, game logins from your connection are paused for 15 minutes. Wait and try again, or reset your password in the meantime.

Use Forgot password and enter the e-mail address of your account. The link in the e-mail is valid for 1 hour.

Log in on this website and open My account.

Not yourself. If you can no longer reach the e-mail address of your account, contact support.

Write to support from the e-mail address of your account. We delete the account together with your game data.

Never - not in the game, not on Discord, not by e-mail. Anyone asking for it is not from the team. We store passwords only as bcrypt hashes, never in plain text.

The leaderboards show the top 100 and are updated every few minutes. The K/D ranking only lists soldiers with at least 100 kills.

Clans are founded in the game on the Clan screen: you need the rank Corporal or higher, and founding costs 2,000 GP. You become the clan leader and can invite other players - whoever accepts the invitation is a member right away. On this website you can see all clans with their members and results.

Contact support with the nickname, the time, the mode and the map. A video or screenshots help a lot.

The game shows how long the block lasts. If you think it is a mistake, contact support with your login name - never with your password.

The front page shows whether the login server and the lobby are reachable and how many soldiers are online.

Unpack the complete archive again (not into Program Files), update your graphics driver and start the launcher once more.

If it still fails, contact support with your Windows version, your graphics card and the exact error message.

Only if you are logged in and tick the box when donating. Then your nickname - without the amount - appears on the supporter list.
